Well it's finally beginning to feel like springs which means it's time to break out those springtime shoewear! Before you reach for those $1 Old Navy flip flops for the 10th year in a row, think agian. Not only can spring style be sassy, it can be affordable!
Whether you are building your wardrobe on a budget or have earned the right to splurge on a new pair of sandals, keep reading to find out which ones you need!
Espadrille/Mules
I don’t know what it is about adding rope to standard footwear that makes is seem more spring time but I live for it. These taupe espadrille mules are so comfy-casual and slightly professional fit for any occasion.

These ones from VICI Dolls are super cute and affordable. These babies may be on backorder but they're only $28, so they're well worth the wait! Visit Vicicollection.com to get yours!

Platform Slides
I haven’t worn a platform sandal since High School Musical was released but they are back, baby! Platform sandals not only give your outfit a little flare (and height) but it still feels like your wearing sandals the whole day. Adding a pair of these to a denim, shopping look or a brunch date is sassy, fun and comfy...what more could ya want?
You can find both of these litte gems over at Revolve.com.

Western Ankle Booties
People aren’t usually thinking about how they’re going to conceal their piggies once the sun starts coming out (unless you’ve seriously neglected your pedicure). But open toe is not always the way to go and these western style ankle booties are the perfect look to spice up your spring time #ootd.
Whether you go for the leather or the suede, adding texture and embellishments, like in these Jeffrey Campbell moments, elevates any outfit.
If you're in need of a little extra texture, Free People has a similar pair that your gator print dreams are made of.
What shoes are you looking forward to breaking out this spring? Let me know in the comments!
